$ 600 g brânză de vaci
Mod de preparare:
Acoperim stafidele cu apă caldă. Cât se înmoaie stafidele, separăm gălbenuurile
de albuuri. Amestecăm gălbenuurile cu brânza de vaci, zahărul, coaja de lămâie i
stafidele. Adăugăm un strop de dragoste, esen ă, făină cernută, praf de copt i sare. Se
amestecă cu putere pentru a scăpa de cocoloae.
Separat se bat albuurile cu un praf de sare până devin o spumă omogenă. Se
încorporează albuurile în restul compozi iei i se amestecă uor. Aluatul ob€inut se
toarnă cu drag în tava unsă cu unt i tapetată cu făină.
Se introduce în cuptorul preîncălzit i se coace la o temperatură de 180o C timp de
15minute, iapoide160 oC aproximativ40deminute, pânăcapătăoformădecrustăaurie.
